Mrs. Irani brings over 30 years of experience in education and institutional leadership, with a deep commitment to values-driven learning, strong academic standards, and holistic student development.
As President of the Rustom & Farrokh Irani Trust, she has led initiatives focused on strengthening access to quality education and supporting long-term community development. Her steady and principled leadership has helped create learning spaces where students are nurtured to grow with clarity, responsibility, and resilience.
At Ideal Jawa Rotary School, her guidance has contributed to building a culture rooted in discipline, ethical conduct, and consistent academic performance, reinforcing the school’s reputation for stability and values-based education.
At The Learning Curve International School, Mysore’s first IGCSE institution, Mrs. Irani guided the foundation and growth of a global learning environment that prepares students with critical thinking skills, confidence, and real-world readiness. Her approach balances academic rigour with creativity, character building, and student well-being.
The Learning Cubs – Preschool Segment
The Learning Cubs, the preschool segment, a growing network of early-years centres has been established to serve the wider community. The vision is to create a seamless educational journey — enabling children who begin at the preschool level to progress through a structured pathway right up to Grade 12. In partnership with Lina Asher, and drawing on her 25 years of experience in early-years education, The Learning Cubs offers a thoughtfully designed curriculum that brings quality, consistency, and purpose to early learning across the city.
